I previously paid for a winter check up and completely forgotten about it. They were honest and very nice contacting me about it. We got it set up and they let me know of an issue they recommend addressing. They took care of it quickly and worked with my schedule. Turns out the issue was worse than we thought. It was hit by a tree and parts came loose that weren't visibly loose. They really helped out catching the issue before it became so much worse.

Jeff was a breath of fresh air in today's world. The last person to replace my air handler blower motor made it extremely difficult to utilize the warranty, as it was less than 5 years old. Jeff spent countless hours of his own time to ensure I did not have to pay for the replacement and went above and beyond to do this. He has earned a customer for life. Most companies these days would tell me I'm out of luck, but Jeff did everything to make it right for me. 10/10 recommend.
